About me
Hi, I’m Templar! I was named after the Knights Templar (my dad was a history-buff). I am a proud born and raised New Yorker and grew up in love with the art of storytelling. I began working in the industry as a model when I was 3 years old before shifting into theater and film. I have been working on gaining experience, both in life and theater, as well as training ever since.

In my work I try to focus on dedication, collaboration, open-mindedness and helping to create a fun and creative environment. I love how art gives us the opportunity and try to understand and explore the experience of being human. I am constantly moved and inspired by artists and art in so many forms and I am so grateful for the opportunity to share that with and for others.

I am a BFA Acting graduate from Montclair State University as well as a graduate from the International College of Musical Theater in New York and London.
My training has included Practical Aesthetics, Viewpoints, Suzuki, Shakespeare, On-Camera Acting, Voice Over, Stanislavsky technique, Acting through Song, Clown, as well as various forms of Yoga, Pilates and Dance (Ballet, Jazz and Modern).
Aside from performing, I love to work on intertwining American Sign Language with theater and music. I have been studying ASL for years and love its beautiful unique way of expressing. I am also a huge nature lover and often spend time hiking and going on adventures to connect with the earth. I am also currently taking classes on spiritual/psychic healing. I love working with things like crystals, plants/herbal medicine, yoga and movement, meditation techniques, and tarot cards, to name a few.

I recently returned back to New York after working as an actor in Japan for 2 years. Having the opportunity to travel, work with performers from all around the world, and experience different cultures and perspectives has been so eye opening and has helped me grow and become inspired to carry those experiences with me into my work.
